Off the Record is for real, anonymous beauty conversations. Keep it useful and keep it human.

No profanity, slurs, hate speech, threats, harassment, sexual content, doxxing, spam, scams or dangerous beauty advice.

Talk about the work, the industry and the experience — not about identifying individuals. Never post someone's name, handle, phone number, address, workplace or photo without their consent.

Don't post content you don't have the right to share, and don't impersonate a person, brand or salon.

Automated posting, scraping, bulk account creation and attempts to break or overload the platform are prohibited.

Content receiving reports from enough unique members is hidden automatically and reviewed. We may hide, remove or restrict content and accounts at our discretion.

Every Pulse and reply disappears after 24 hours. Screenshots and re-posting of other people's Pulses are not allowed.

To report content, use the report action on the Pulse or reply. For anything urgent, contact support@strandsync.com.
